Commercial Flat Roofs
Commercial flat roofs present many obstacles that are often not found on a pitched roof. Building ventilation system, AC units are some of the major obstacles. It also depends on the roofing material used.
Installing a cheap roof will cost less money but additional expenses need to be incurred for regular maintenance. Whereas installing a high quality roof is actually less expensive in a short period of time.

We prefer these two commercial roof systems, because they are time tested and proven long term material options. Both systems have several installation options, and are distinctly different in properties. They are TPO Cool roofing systems and Built up (tar and gravel) roofing systems.
